The Big Green Egg and BlueStar’s Culinary Tent features four (4) innovative and unique gastronomic demos including The Times Union’s Big Green Egg Grill Games, an exciting and dynamic session with Mo Rocca and DZ Restaurant’s Mamma Theresa and an heirloom pig butchering demonstration courtesy of Flying Pigs Farms with chef’s session to follow. A not-to-miss day of gastronomic fabulousness.

Don’t miss this lively and engaging demo with one of the festival’s favorite local chefs from DZ Restaurants. Mamma Theresa will show Mo Rocca how to create a gorgeous Tuscan dessert, Crostata di Frutta. Mamma Theresa makes it easy to impress your friends and family with this delicious dessert and leaves you feeling better than when you first arrived because her approach is all about the LOVE of cooking and truly love of life. Each attendee will taste her divine creation after the demo. Mo Rocca will make the demo experience incredibly fun and clever, because, well, he’s Mo Rocca.
