The kick-off event of the festival weekend, BBQ, Blues & Brews is a competition-style grill off in which the Capital Region’s top chefs face off against Manhattan Grill masters. Presented by Stella Artois and Certified Angus Beef, chefs will compete head-to-head to win the most extraordinary dish based on both People’s Choice and Judges’ awards. This event is held under tents on the festival grounds at Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Friday evening. Guests will enjoy live blues music, incredible gourmet grilling and a variety of craft beers to sample.
